4. 蛋液过筛(不在乎表面光洁的可以不过) | ||
5. 保鲜膜封口,然后用牙签扎几个小孔 | ||
6. 上锅蒸,大火至水烧开后中火烧至凝固(所需时间因火力、锅、盛装容器不同而不同) | ||
7. 出锅后依据喜好加葱花/酱油 | ||
