## 流程 | ||

1. 排骨泡血水后,用淀粉搓洗擦干 | ||
2. 油热下入一小把冰糖炒化 | ||
3. 放入排骨翻炒,直到排骨炒出金棕色糖色 | ||
4. 倒入料汁翻拌1分钟 | ||
5. 倒入开水没过排骨,大火煮开后煮15~20min | ||
6. 转大火收汁,收汁结束前视喜好淋一点锅边醋 | ||
7. 出锅撒芝麻 | ||

## 评注 | ||

||
- 不想洗排骨可以焯水,但是会比较老 | ||
- 想要软烂版可以步骤5只加入一点清水然后倒进高压锅压15min,压好后再倒回锅中进行步骤6 |
