- 奶油奶酪350克 | ||
- 细砂糖75克 | ||
- 常温的淡奶油150克 | ||
- 常温的鸡蛋3个 | ||
- 玉米淀粉10克 | ||

## 流程 | ||
|
||
1. 奶油奶酪室温or隔水软化后加入细砂糖用刮刀搅拌均匀 | ||
2. 加入淡奶油,玉米淀粉,混合均匀 | ||
3. 分加入一个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀后加入下一个,一共加入三个鸡蛋 | ||
4. 过筛两次后倒入6寸铺好油纸的蛋糕模具中 | ||
5. 烤箱450F预热5min,中层烤23分钟 | ||
6. 出炉后室温冷却后盖锡纸放入冰箱冷藏2小时以上 | ||
