Implement a basic roller for action and danger dice for Neon City Overdrive

Note: PR is still a Work in Progress, the following is yet to be implemented:

  • Dice images designed by Jelmer
  • Same results in action and danger dice exclude each other
  • Highest action roll is shown as result
  • Indicate whether roll is a: fumble, failure, minor success, or success
  • If there are 2 or more action results with a value of 6, indicate a critical success
  • Tests added to ensure roller works as expected
  • Update core version compatibility
