add color picker alpha

Sometimes the alpha channel in the selection of colors (RGBA) is very lacking, I propose changes in the Color Picker field added custom script: assets/inc/color-picker-alpha/wp-color-picker-alpha.(min).js

P.S. Share the assembly of the project, I do not want to build it myself)) I want to add the ability to add my own palette set

Thanks for the discussion and PR.

Adding alpha to the color picker selector is a great idea. We've had this requested a few times in the past, and have seen third-party field types been created with the extra functionality.

We have a lot on our plate at the moment, but will consider adding this into a future version. No ETA on when this would be.
