I got two mods installed which is the Legends 7.0 mod, and the SkinPort mod. It just crashes whenever I join the server I host and I don't know what to do.

This is most likely a incompatibility between SkinPort and that mod.
Unfortunately, I am no longer updating SkinPort for compatibilities, you should just remove SkinPort if you want to play with that mod.
