Setup writing infrastructure on my personal site

I want to spend a large portion of my time while I'm at RC writing about my experience. Both the day-to-day but also articles as artifacts. Sometimes writing is a good goal in an of itself! This task is to add the ability to publish new pages and list them from my site.

• Get basic publishing working
• Add vanity URL support #15
• Figure out nav structure on landing page #20
• Add RSS feed #18
• Setup asset publishing #19

Astro released 4.14 today which includes a content collection API. I'm going to see if that'll let me remove a lot of the hacky things I was doing for SSR content pages.

After a quick spike I've decided to defer this. I don't think it actually gives me anything I need right now.
