Back in the early days of D7, the inpage alert could not be posted to a LPL2. There was a manual fix to change that and it looks like that code edit didn't move over to D10.

Important

**Work-around:**Easy fix, though: in the link on the inpage alert update the page node to be the node for the LPL2.
