Unwanted email notification after saving draft

I’ve started populating a campaign page and once I saved as a draft it sent me an email. We did not have this happen in the past. I should not be receiving an email after I draft something and put it into draft for a future date.

Not sure if other folks are seeing this. The email I received says ‘Content edits are required’.

On D7 the email notification happened when someone made an edit on a page you created. Seems like it's being sent out now when an author is editing their own page. Note: I do not think I've received any of these notifications.
