描述一下你遇到的问题。

IOS设备没有相机权限的时候 H5（vant的上传组件）调用相机拍照的时候没有提示获取权限直接打开拍照界面但是是黑屏

重现步骤

直接调用官网上的示例就可以了，关闭相机权限，直接拍照即可

设备/浏览器

微信、chrome浏览器
