Tasks already predefined in the homescreen

Hello can you make the app open with tasks already predefined in the homescreen ? If it is possible how can i do it please ?

I mean when the user opens the app they find for example 2 tasks in the homescreen already created on initialiazation of the app, which they cannot edit or delete. Then have the option to add more tasks if they want with the add button.

I just want to add this feature to make the app have different themes if you know what i mean. Can you give me an idea on how to do it ?
