Surveys are stored in many different formats, including .csv, .RData or SAS/SPSS/Stata specific formats. Arrow and Feather are two latest popular industry standards for long and short term data storage.

Task is to write a manual page illustrating with examples how to data engineer a given survey dataset. Especially talk about Categorical type columns and how to handle them for optimal usage, before inputting the DataFrame into a SurveyDesign.
