📄 설명

송금 페이지 url에 멤버 id 보이지 않게 변경하려고 합니다.
참여자 별로 다른 송금 화면을 보여주려는 의도로 url에 멤버 id를 추가했지만 실제로 url에 강제 이동을 했을 때 문제가 생기며 navigate할 때 반드시 필요한 정보도 아니기 때문에 이를 제거하려고 합니다.
