📌 Description

개발 서버 테스트 시 카카오톡 서버와 반드시 통신해야하기 때문에 테스트의 어려움이 있었습니다.

인증 서비스를 추상화 하여 테스트를 보다 용이하도록 리팩터링 할 예정입니다.
