Hello,

I discovered Woodpecker while working on https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy.

First of all, thanks to every contributors for this project, that is very needed in this Vendor-Locked industry that is CI/CD ❤️

I am working for @scaleway and would very much like to help you on the autoscaler by writing an adapter on Scaleway's API :)

I am opening this issue to track progress and hear your suggestions on how should I design the integration.

You can probably take a look at the hetzner provider: https://github.com/woodpecker-ci/autoscaler/tree/main/providers/hetznercloud

Even though I'm a maintainer of woodpecker I never worked on the autoscaler so I can't really tell you much more, but just ask and probably somebody else can help you more :)

As the project seems early I would like to chat with the people maintaining the autoscaler, do you know if they are using the Discord or Matrix server by any chance?

I'm a huge fan of Matrix but if the discord server is the place where every discussion happens Im fine aswell

I think the one who's mostly maintaining this currently is @anbraten.
We use both matrix and discord for communications, if you prefer matrix, feel free to start in the develop room on matrix (mxid should be #WoodpeckerCI-Develop:obermui.de)!
