[feature request] alternative location for WebView2Loader.dll

On Windows, webview_deno creates a WebView2Loader.dll file at the current directory when you use it. It would be cool to be able to specify an alternative location (such as a subfolder) to put this file. It kinda appears like a confusing eyesore when you start a compiled Deno application right next to the .exe file you started.
