I have:
SEVERE: Unable to create directory for deployment: [/deployments/conf/Catalina/localhost]
and
SEVERE: Failed to open access log file [/deployments/logs/localhost_access_log.2023-10-05.txt] Note: running as user [1000740000]
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /deployments/logs/localhost_access_log.2023-10-05.txt (No such file or directory)
