Issues with RCP

I have been testing with several RCPs, and I couldn't decide.
I feel it's kind of slow since I couldn't get a transaction for more than 15 hours using quicknode. Eventually, I started getting a message saying that I was sending too many requests.
Can someone help me choose a proper RCP from their experience, whether it's a paid plan or free.
Also... did anyone try to deploy the code on a virtual machine? If yes.... which one suits a code Best
