confirmTransaction is very slow

This function in default-transaction-executor.ts runs very slow

I have the quick node RCP with the most expensive plan, but still, sometimes it takes up to 1 minute to confirm a transaction. I want response times in milliseconds. Any ideas?

Im also having the smame issue on the quicnode free plan. Im not sure how to get my transaction confirmed, im losing all my money on gas fees and jito tips for the transaction to not even be sent through. I just think that the network is really slow. The same thing is happening with Phantom Wallet. Im not even able to sent money to other wallets sometimes, or swap to a different token.
