I encountered multiple times an issue with my address being blacklisted by the smartcontract and it results without being able to sell the token that was bought.
How would you deal with that?

Sounds like you're buying a token that is freezable. This is a common tactic that scammers do - using multiple accounts, they buy their own token that is set up with the freezable setting and then when someone else buys (you in this case) they freeze their account so effectively they take your SOL
