app.setGraph takes 8s with texts, 8ms without texts.
It is likely that creating the curves has bad defaults and it takes forever to create the geometries.

Possible solutions

  • sample all texts that haven't changed
  • change the detalisation
  • remove texts that are outside of the scene
  • change the text solution altogether (maybe troika again)
