For instance, create an order; send a link to the customer, or just press a button.

For this to work we should also allow orders to go to state "failed" after Vipps and to restart these orders using a restart-suffix to the order ID. This should be ready to be implemented for at least normal Vipps and Vipps Checkout orders.
