Hi team！I've recently encounted some questions about the method in the article. In the velocity analysis, we only have the unspliced count and spliced count according to the velocyto program, I wonder how you calculate the time parameter in the extrapolated analysis, and how you confirm the time unit is hour in Fig2-g?
It really confused me and I'm really appreciate if you can help me with it.
