I've used Cairo to produce a file with the following header:
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" width="988pt" height="355pt" viewBox="0 0 988 355" version="1.1">
In svg2vector this causes the error: s2v-fh error: BatikLoader: exception setting docucment size - For input string: "988pt"
s2v-fh error: BatikLoader: exception setting docucment size - For input string: "988pt"
If you manually remove the "pt" from the width and height then the program works fine.
