SVG input with embedded base64 encoded SVG images #4

Is there some combination of options that will allow a base64 encoded image which is embedded in an SVG to be rendered in a resulting PDF?

I'm using version 2.0.0 with the command:

./s2v-fh.sh --create-directories --overwrite-existing -l -i -t pdf -f graph.svg -d layers-index -p
