and I also make the first comment😅 ... from above I can see that the choice control in vc64web is not consistently there are two variants ... one in the navbar and the others in dialogs ... maybe better to use only one ?

What's the difference between a checkbox and a switch? Semantic is the same, isn't it?

not quite I think in my understanding ... a switch shuts on/off immediatly whereas a checkbox is a switching hint for some code which processes in the future ... Maybe big sur has switches too ? I did not see any ... wait I will look again

for example the switches in vc64web settings switch immediatly ... whereas the checkbox in action button is a hint for later functionality ...

the background colors of the web version have been adapted to match the native mac app. Due to the fact that these colors may change whenever macOS introduces new color changes, this adaption is not future fix ...
