I tried commenting out the line of code "self.class_map = class_map", but when I reran the INAT18 dataset, the issue appeared again. I downloaded the INAT18 dataset from the link you provided.

Hi @nanmeidanta,

Thanks for your interest in our work.

Is the dataset present in the inat18 directory on the DeiT-LT-main folder?

Thanks

I see an iNaturalist folder inside the inat18 directory. Can you move all the contents from iNaturalist to the parent inat18 directory?

I see, there was an issue in the class_map calculation, I have updated the code for fixing it.

The code can be fixed by commenting out line 392:

#self.class_map = class_map

Please let me know if you are able to run the code.

Thanks
Harsh
