GitHub seems to automatically disable scheduled workflows if there is not activity in a repo for at least 60 days. Since issues are being created in this repo, I'm assuming activity means code changes.
We should explore ways to prevent our scheduled workflow from becoming disabled or find an alternative to the cron schedule
