Create PROCESS findings for usability testing study

We recently carried out round 1 of usability testing with participants with visual disabilities. One of our goals for the study was to test drive the process of conducting usability testing with people with disabilities in order to learn, build, and refine the process for future testing.

Now that testing has concluded, we need to document our process learnings.

Here is the draft of process learnings from usability testing that is a work in progress.

The Usability Testing Process Findings are ready for fed review.

I have incorporated all of these learnings into other relevant process/procedural documents as well (such as our USWDS Usability Testing Workflow, and our Testing Day Checklist)

I will also link it to our Usability Testing Findings document (which covered more findings related to components rather than process)
