USWDS-Site - Bug: Confusing link on memorable date research source

Describe the bug

On the memorable date page there is a link to the research conducted leading to the change in the component resulting in the month dropdown.

However, that link takes you to research about the language selector. I'm unclear if that's an issue with the link or if the narrative around that link at the bottom needs to clarify that the language selector was also impacted.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to https://designsystem.digital.gov/components/memorable-date/
2. Click the link for More information on the update 3.3.0
3. Arrive at information related to the language selector.
