Hello I have a Omron Device, Omron M4 Intelli IT Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. I am using a virtual box, Ubuntu to perform sniffing the bluetooth traffic. I am using a TP-LINK Bluetooth 5.0 Nano USB Adapter. I am unable to see any Bluetooth device, Omron Device from the script installed.

Please advise.

Hi @mangocitizenkane ,

I am using a virtual box, Ubuntu to perform sniffing the bluetooth traffic.

Your device should correspond to HEM-7155T, are you trying to add functionality or are you sniffing the traffic just for debugging?

I am unable to see any Bluetooth device, Omron Device from the script installed.

Do I understand correctely, that the initial scan for bluetooth devices when you execute omblepy does not find any devices?
Is your omron device in bluetooth pairing mode? Can you see the device from the ubuntu system bluetooth settings or from other devices like a smartphone?

Regards,
Benjamin
