The extern plugin_version variable results undefined in out_saitek.cpp

As a workaround the version to be displayed on the MFD is static but requires manual update for each version change

user2684 added minor bug and removed major bug labels

user2684 removed their assignment

user2684 added this to the v1.0.2 milestone
