Bruno, privacy, and terms

Hi,
Bruno started as an offline, privacy focused alternative to Postman.
However when reading https://www.usebruno.com/terms and https://www.usebruno.com/privacy-policy it is mentioned that you collect data, and may use tracking technologies.
Do these conditions apply to the open source Bruno ?

If so, why don't you make clear (aka write in your terms) what privacy level applies to which service/offer ?
