GitHub using ` to highlight word/term/code in issues and PRs
For example: umbraco/Umbraco-CMS#11027
which is shown't like this on compare page: https://our.umbraco.com/download/releases/compare?from=8.10.2&to=8.18.4
I think it would be great to either trim these chars or maybe regex to highlight these as well.
