Question

I'm trying to preview my yolov8 trained model on custom dataset using Vivo V2146 and iPhone 11.
Below shows my private project with supposedly 3 trained models in it.

@rabiatul1602 hello! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with previewing your models on the Ultralytics HUB mobile application. It seems like there might be a synchronization issue between the HUB and your mobile app. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:

  1. Ensure that your app is updated to the latest version.
  2. Clear the app's cache from your phone's settings, as this can sometimes resolve display issues.
  3. Double-check that you are logged into the correct account where your models are stored.
  4. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this resolves the problem.

If none of these steps work, please report this issue on the GitHub repository with the details of your device, operating system version, and app version. This will help the development team to investigate further.

For more detailed guidance, you can always refer to the Ultralytics HUB Docs. We appreciate your patience and are here to help you get back on track with your projects! 🚀

@rabiatul1602 Thank you for raising this. We are working on a new release for the app stores, it should be out today. Hopefully this will resolve the issues you are facing here.

In order for us to look at your issue specifically we need some way to identify your account. This could be the email you registered with, or an id for any of your custom content (project, dataset, model).

@zhk0603 hello! I'm sorry to hear that you're also experiencing issues with viewing your trained models on the mobile app. Since you've provided the model ID, I would recommend the following steps:

  1. Ensure that your mobile app is up to date with the latest version.
  2. Try logging out and then logging back into your account on the mobile app.
  3. Restart the app after clearing any cache or data that may have been stored, as this can sometimes cause synchronization issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please report this problem directly on the GitHub repository with the model ID you've provided, along with any additional details such as the type of device you're using, the operating system version, and the version of the app you have installed.

The development team will be able to use this information to investigate the issue further and work towards a resolution. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work to improve your experience with the Ultralytics HUB. 🛠️

For further guidance, please refer to the Ultralytics HUB Docs. Thank you for your contribution to the YOLO community and for using Ultralytics HUB!
