Request server VMs for both QA and production environments. Would be best to just create the QA environment first after the application is running properly copy the environment to a new production server.

If the application will run under Docker in production, we may only need a single robust VM for all of the containers. It depends on how many cores and RAM will be needed and what the VM can supply.
