Cannot select headset headphone and microphone simultaneously

Describe the bug

When selecting my headphones as an audio output, the headphone microphone is deselected
When selecting the headphone mic, the headphones are deselected as an audio output

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to have both input and output from my headphones simultaneously, as it does on ubuntu.
