Wireless cameras wont playback library recordings, wired cameras do..

Hi,
All is working really well other than playback of motion activated library recordings for wireless cameras.
It opens the thumbnails and you can see all the recordings, however when selected, it brings up the playback window but wont play (see below image, it just sits here).
The hard wired (powered) cameras work perfectly.

Version: 3.6.10_2
Pro2 Hub

Camera that wont play recordings: Hardware: H9
Cameras that will play recordings (hard wired): VMC3040r6
I have an Arlo Secure Multi-Camera subscription

I have the same issue as stated above. My wired video doorbell camera will play the library video but all my wireless cameras only play the audio of the recording but the video is just a still image.

Sorry for the delay getting to this. What are you trying to play the videos on and can you paste in your lovelace config?
