Enable selective disclosure by the Holders

As a credential holder I would like to be able to use selective disclosure when generating a presentation so that I can selectively decide what data to share with a verifier. I should also be able to combine credentials and disclose specific properties from multiple credentials as a single presentation to verifiers.
