Navigating between Navigator views and custom menu entries broken

If you have both Navigator menu entries and custom code menu entries, going from a navigator view to custom view and then back to the same navigator view is broken. It's recommended for now to not mix and match these two modes, but either have everything through Navigator or everything through custom code.

This is visible in the demo. Click "Initial View" -> "My Menu Entry" -> "Initial View".

My Menu Entry replaces the content but does not inform Navigator that the navigation state has "changed".
