I have a number of firewall rules exposed as switches that I use to manually control when needed. This is available as a toggle button on the Home Assistant UI, and when ever I click on a few switches to toggle them not all of them actually work as intended. Most time one or two switches has toggled and the others are still in their past state.

From a first look, I only see coordinator updates of the sensors. Can you tell me the name of the switch entity you tested while debug was on? So I can look for it in the log.
Also, I see this warning several times in the log: "Coordinator failed to confirm OPNsense Router Unique ID. Will retry". Doesn't look like a good thing.
@Snuffy2 can you take a look at the log please? Also, is that warning a soft one or it's a sign something's wrong?
What happened?
