Maybe we could extend In() and Out(), so instead of

step Policy::Pundit(MyPolicy, :create?),
     In() => {:repository => :model}, In() => [:current_user]

you could write the short-hand version

step Policy::Pundit(MyPolicy, :create?),
     In() => [:current_user, :repository => :model]
