外层 for 循环套个 OMP 就是多核。ncnn 里有例子。

@tpoisonooo 使用omp parallel之后反而变慢了是什么回事（华为的手机上4线程能加速一倍，vivo的手机上多线程反而变慢了）

容我找个多线程分析工具。一核有难七核围观，总需要点数据支持。
