The newest SPIboot firmware for HC4 (spiboot-20221228.img) has been released on the website(ppa.linuxfactory.or.kr/images/petitboot/odroidhc4/) for a while, but using the command "pb-update" in Petitboot won't give you access to it. I guess that's because the version control file(either the Versions or the Latest file on the website) hasn't been updated yet.
