Love this product. But cannot set up shortcuts to turn on and off individual outlets in TP-Link dual outlet products like KP200 and KP400 because the shortcut name is the same for both outlets in the device. I tried putting in separate shortcuts for each outlet, but the last entry overwrites both outlets in the device. Hence it treats the outlets as if they are one outlet.
I acknowledge that you can manually turn on and off each outlet in these devices. But you cannot use shorts and, hence cannot use “Hey Siri”commands
Hope this issue can be resolved.
Thanks
Terry

Hey @tmb5-ca, at the moment it is not possible to add directly from the Watt app, however, you can add using the Apple Shortcuts App. There you will find your individual outlet name.
To do this just press the "+" button on the Shortcuts app
Press [Add Action]
Search for app Watt
Click "Change to On/Off your ..."
Select the state
Select the Device name (you will see your individual outlet name )
