Include Veg Types in Biodiversity Analysis #43

  1. Gap Analysis - to find under-represented veg types in each ecoregion
  2. Bring all pixels of under-represented veg types into biodiversity analysis
  3. screen across veg types in action mapping report out

Used gap 1 and 2 and CCED as protected areas
ran for 30%, 15% and 10% veg targets

also ran when dropping any veg type in an ecoregion, where the veg in that eco makes up less than 1% of that veg type statewide

Run again with gap 123 and CCED.

Add into biodiversity by pulling in pixes that are considered cunderrpresented
Question to consider - how well does each asset category pick up veg types?
