Upcoming

New features:

  • Hide empty vCard source row placeholders from the main table view. Thanks to Lauri Heino (@laurihoo) for the implementation tip.
  • Describe the dates of vCard sources' last import results in relative terms ("Today 3:34 PM")
  • Add option to have no authentication for vCard source
  • Advance progress bar when resolving and applying contacts
  • Add option to include nickname for matching persons in the vCard file to persons in Contacts. Allows importing different persons with same first and last names, but with different nicknames.
  • Show guide text to add a vCard source when no sources exist

Bug fixes:

  • Fix possible crash on user input validation. Thanks to Juha-Pekka Laine ([email protected]) for the bug report.
  • Fix hiding validation progress upon Login URL validation failure when user selects Post Form authentication and previous validation is still in progress
  • Don't show the vCard source name currently downloading in the toolbar. Because the app downloads files in parallel, this would cause the app to switch showing between the names quickly, which is disorienting.
  • Make guide text and URL validation activity indicator in vCard source detail view to align with input fields
