Add feature to let users specify directory for saving screenshots #74

Instead of always saving to whatever directory script is called from, we should let callers pre-define a directory

$ ax screenshot-directory ~/Desktop/screenshots
Ok we'll save all future screenshots to this directory

$ ax screenshot
Saved screenshot to ~/Desktop/screenshot/2022-04-31-something.png
