The ID we have is taken from the dataset (just double checked).
Looks like they were changed by DW since this dataset.
Let's keep this open until we import the new dataset and see if the new IDs work.
The issue here is that the network node has its own id, different from the original buyer node which does indeed has the same id as in opentender. We should start including in the network node payload the original actorID.
The ID is not right and the link therefore always ends up in
404

Supplier: OMV Petrom SA & the only tender has ID of the link is
5553718f-6570-4f82-a951-de12948bc0a8
But the ID of the tender on opentender is
cc9ea788-7aac-4ea6-8f2b-9d0cdaa14324
Possible that the new data have new IDs?
Or that a different ID is used in the tender link?
