Submit offer button remains after offer time has passed

Overview

When viewing the details of a claim, the offer period is shown in text, but there is no visual indication if the defined time has already passed.

After signing the transaction built from the submit offer button, the following message appears:

Acceptance criteria

• Include timezone indication on the period text
• Remove the button when the offer period has passed
• Include a message indicating that the offer period is over
